The HENDI Ham holders are the perfect tools for slicing Spanish ham (Jamón Serrano or Iberico) efficiently and comfortably. The holder holds the ham steady during the carving process, allowing for cutting uniform, very thin slices. The position of the ham can be easily adjusted to reach each piece of meat.
