The truffles slicers by Hendi are an indispensable tools in any professional kitchen.
The slicer is designed to cut perfectly thin slices of truffles or other mushrooms.
With its adjustable blade, it can also be used for slicing and grating vegetables, cheese, and chocolate.
Adjustable slicing thickness with a screw from 0.2 to 3 mm.
Perfect for thin and even truffle slices.
