The Hendi UV Sterilizers are perfect for sterilizing knives with capacity for 14 knives.
Sterilizes by means of bactericidal ultraviolet light and equipped with a microswitch to prevent operation while the door is open.
It has an integrated timer adjustable up to 60 minutes.
Accommodates the maximum size knives: handle length – max 15 cm, blade length – max 35 cm, grip thickness – min 1.5 cm.
Made of stainless steel.
With plexiglass door and fitted with stainless steel knife holder.
